Transitions Management course – for architects of the future!
This FEE-FREE two-day workshop on Transitions Management, was designed for non-expert individuals keen to better understand transitions management, and its importance for the Lithgow LGA.
Transitions Management is about being at the forefront of change, navigating through the complex process of transformation – shaping the future in real-time, supporting sustainable evolution while overcoming obstacles, managing uncertainty, and seizing new opportunities!
During the two-day in-person workshop, participants gained an understanding of transitions management and its role in changing economies, and insights into the importance of collaborative governance in transitions management, as well as the key interventions that are more effective in transitions management.
Participants told us they would highly recommend the course, and that they appreciated the local context and opportunities to engage with the facilitator, Professor Andrew Beer, and fellow participants in a hands-on and productive way.
Due to popular demand, we are considering running this course again. To express interest, please complete this form.
